Join us for a guided tour of this historic building in Cardiff city centre, and find out about the role the Temple of Peace has played in the history of Wales' Peace Heritage since World War 1. Included in the tour is a visit to the Crypt in the foundations of the building (accessible by stairs only)/ which has housed the Wales WW1 Book of Remembrance since 1938. The Book of Remembrance is currently in an exhibition at the Senedd, but the tour of the Crypt will include a digital display of the Book and the story of it’s important role as part of this unique building. The tour will also include a visit to the Council Chamber which holds part of Lord David Davis book collection.
